Task 1 is factual in its nature. You are asked to report on data given to you. It's not your job to speculate on why the numbers are a certain way. It's very common for candidates to write things like "It is clear that the number of females that play football is lower because males enjoy playing football more than females.". Everything that is written in task 1 has to be based on information given. Nothing can be written from your own opinion. The reason why ,for example, more males play football can't be written unless the information is provided in the question, which is highly unlikely.
