Here are some instructions you can follow to write the report. I want you to read these instructions, rewrite your answer, and then I will check it for you.
Paragraph 1: Write the introduction by
rephrasing the question. Change as many of the words as you can with synonyms.
Change the grammatical structure if possible, but make sure the meaning is
identical.
Paragraph 2: Write an overview. This is a
summary of the most significant information that you have been provided with.
This overview should not have any details in it; it should just mention the key

Paragraph 3: This is called your body
paragraph. Write about the significant features that you mentioned in your
overview. In this paragraph, you give details. If you have 4 features in the
overview, split them up into 2 body paragraphs, 2 in each body paragraph.
Paragraph 4: This is your second body
paragraph. Here you give details for another 1-2 key features.
The most important thing is that you find
logical ways of grouping your key features in the body paragraphs. For example,
you can compare the highest numbers and the lowest numbers together, or the
main similarities and the main differences.
Make sure you give details for all the key
features you write about in the overview.
